เมื่อใช้อินเตอร์เนต ที่ติดต่อสื่อสารกับผู้คน เวบไซต์และอื่นๆอีกมากมาย สิ่งที่เราไม่ต้องการก็มักจะมาเยือน ทั้งไวรัส มัลแวร์ สปายแวร์ แต่ช่วงนี้นายบอนจะได้ต้อนรับ ไวรัส+ มัลแวร์มากเป็นพิเศษ เคยเจอมัลแวร์เข้ามายังคอมพิวเตอร์ ติดตั้งโปรแกรมลงไป แล้วทำอะไรไม่ได้สักพักหนึ่ง ต้องพยายามหาทางแก้ไข ตามที่ค้นวิธีการถอนไวรัสออก แต่มันก็ยังมาเยือนอีก เจอข้อมูลแนะนำว่า โปรแกรมตัวหนึ่งที่ปกป้อง บล็อก block การโจมตีจากมัลแวร์ได้ คือ Malwarebytes anti malware software โหลดมาใช้ช่วงแรกๆก็ทำงานได้ดี block บรรดาไวรัส มัลแวร์ที่พยายามเจาะระบบได้ดี พอมีโปรแกรมนี้ ทำให้เห็นกล่องข้อความเตือนทุกครั้งที่มีความพยายามเจาะระบบ
แต่ทว่า โปรแกรมที่ว่าได้ผล ก็เกิดปัญหาได้เช่นกัน เมื่อเจอ กล่องข้อความ [Open Event] Failed to performed desired action. Error Code: 2 แล้วโปรแกรมก็หยุดทำงานไปเฉยๆ
เจอกล่องข้อความแบบนี้ เลยค้นหาข้อมูลจาก google ว่ามันคืออะไร ถ้าโปรแกรมไม่ทำงาน ไม่บล็อกการโจมตี ก็รู้สึกเสียวๆเหมือนกัน
นี่คือ กล่องข้อความที่ฟ้องว่า คอมพิวเตอร์กำลังถูกโจมตี ถูกเจาะระบบ ซึ่งช่วง 2-3 วันมาีนี้ โดนบ่อยมากๆ เมื่อเปิดเสียงลำโพง จะมีเสียง ปุีๆๆๆๆๆๆๆๆ โชคดีที่ลงโปรแกรมตัวนี้ไว้ จะขึ้นข้อความรายงานที่มุมขวาล่างว่า Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware ..Successfully blocked access to potentially malicious website... แล้วตามด้วยไอพีต่างๆ หลายไอพีที่พยายามเจาะเข้ามา
อีกรูปแบบของการป้องกันการเจาะระบบ ซึ่งมีการส่งไฟล์ reggene.exe เ้ข้ามายังคอมพิวเตอร์ของเราได้แล้ว ถ้าไม่สนใจ ใส่ใจ ไฟล์นี้ จะติดตั้งในคอมพิวเตอร์ ถ้าเจอแบบนี้ ควรจะต้องคลิก "Quarantine" เพื่อ block มันไว้ แต่ถ้ากดปุ่มอื่น คือ ไม่สนใจ ปล่อยให้มันติดตั้งโปรแกรมและยึด ทำลาย คอมพิิวเตอร์ของเราได้ทันที
โปรแกรมมีการอัพเดทอยู่ตลอด เพราะไวรัส+มัลแวร์ มีการพัฒนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่ๆ เพื่อมาเจาะุระบบของเราอยู่ตลอด อาจเป็นเพราะนายบอนไม่ได้เปิดเครื่้องที่บ้านหลายวัน โปรแกรมไม่ได้อัพเดทมาร่วมสัปดาห์ พอมาสแกนหามัลแวร์อีกที เลยขึ้นกล่องข้อความ "[Open Event] Failed to performed desired action. Error Code: 2" แล้วโปรแกรมก็เดี้ยงไป ไ่ม่ทำงานยเฉยๆ อาการแบบนี้ไม่ดีแล้ว เพราะคอมพิวเตอร์กำลังถูกโจมตีอยู่ตลอด เลยรีบหาข้อมูลแก้่ไขโดยด่วน และมาพบวิี๊แก้ไข โดยการถอน หรือ Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware ทำการ Download and run mbam-clean.exe แล้วทำการ ดาวโหลดและติดตั้ง โปรแกรม เวอร์ชั่นใหม่latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
เรื่องแบบนี้ก็ต้องหาความรู้ไว้บ้างก็ดี เพราะไวรัส มัลแวร์ มันพยายามเจาะระบบอยู่ตลอดเวลา ถ้าไม่ลงโปรแกรมไว้ จะไม่รู้เลย ว่า มีไวรัส มัลแวร์ เจาะเข้ามาตลอดเวลา
เมื่อให้โปรแกรมตัวนี้จัดการสแกนหาดู เจอไฟล์ไวรัส-มัลแวร์อันตรายมากมายจริงๆ ดีแล้วจะได้กำจัดให้เรียบ ซึ่งหลายตัว ไม่เจอจากการสแกนด้วย NOD32 แต่มาเจอในโปรแกรมตัวนี้

Windows XP:
- Click on Start and select Control Panel
- Open Add/Remove Programs
- Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
- Restart your computer very important
- Download and run mbam-clean.exe from here
- It will ask to restart your computer, please allow it to do so very important
- After the computer restarts, temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here
- Note: You will need to reactivate the program using the license you were sent via email if using the Pro version
- Launch the program and set the Protection and Registration. Then go to the UPDATE tab if not done during installation and check for updates.
Restart the computer again and verify that MBAM is in the task tray if using the Pro version. Now setup any file exclusions as may be required in your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security/Firewall applications and restart your Anti-Virus/Internet-Security applications. You may use the guides posted in the FAQ's here or ask me and I'll explain how to do it.
